My big boy just turned four months old and I can't believe how quickly it flies by. He is getting so big. He is maturing both physically, as you can plainly see, and mentally. He amazes me everyday as he learns new things. We went to his four month checkup last week and here are his stats.
Weight: 16 lbs. 14 oz. (85th percentile)
Length: 271/4 in. (99th percentile)
His checkup went great. The doctor said he looks fabulous and that he is right on target with his development. He had to get some shots so of course that was very sad. He did sleep very good for the next two nights though. The only issue he had was that she noticed his head tilts a little when he is sitting up. I had never noticed it before so I don't know if it has always been there or if he was just doing it that day. Regardless, we have to take him to a couple physical therapy sessions just to be on the safe side. We will learn some exercises to do with him to make sure he can hold his head straight.
The things Brady can do:
1) Smiles ALL the time
2) Holds toys and smacks himself in the face with them. Amazingly this doesn't make him cry.
3) Loves to sit up, with help of course.
4) Holds his head up very well.
5) Can put his pacifier in his mouth himself. (Just not at night of course)
6) Starting to cuddle with blankets and stuffed animals.
7) Squeals and coos all the time. He is really testing how loud he can get. It is hilarious.
8) Loves his new exercauser.
9) Sucks on his hands, spits bubbles, and drools a ton. Apparently he is teething but no teeth have actually cut through yet.
Here are some of my favorite pictures from the past month. Enjoy my sweet sugar!!!
