Saturday was a very busy day. We started out the morning by meeting Austin's family at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Brady loved getting to see his Opa and Oma and his cousin William.
This picture should really be last but I forgot about it until the end of downloading pictures so sorry it's out of order. This is the end of the evening after Brady fell and busted his lip open. It is hard to tell from this picture but he had a fat lip. He cried for such a long time and there was so much blood. Of course I cried too and Austin was totally calm. I was for sure he knocked out teeth as much blood as there was, but nope, just a fat lip. Hopefully some of the swelling will go down before church tomorrow. His first injury!
Our little family!
My boys.
Look at that precious face. Doesn't make your heart just melt!
They had rocking chairs for kids at Cracker Barrel but Daddy had to prove to himself that he could still fit in them. He did!
After we had breakfast with family we went to the Egg Drop at our church. They were going to be dropping eggs from a helicopter but we just stayed for a little while since it was time for Brady's nap. They had a large pin set up with baby animals and they were letting people just go inside and play with them. Brady loved it to say the least. Actually I'm not sure who loved it more, Austin or Brady. They had baby goats, pigs, ducks, chickens and rabbits. Is there anything cuter than your child playing with baby animals? Nope!
The baby goat was tiny and so precious.
Look at that sweet smile. He is totally loving it.
This is my attempt at getting him to look up at the camera. He almost did it.
Saying bye bye to the animals.
Heading back to the car. And yes, my boys were matching today!
When we got back home we decided to practice hunting for eggs so Brady would get the concept before tomorrow. Brady is a quick learner so it only took Austin showing him once before he got the idea and was finding the eggs and putting them in his basket. He's a genius!
