Easter Celebration Day 3

We had an amazing Easter weekend. Lots of fun, family, friends and the remembrance of what our Lord and Savior did for us on the cross. I attempted to watch Passion of the Christ last night but only got half way through before I had to turn it off. Very graphic! It did remind me in a more realistic way of what Jesus went through leading up to his crucifixion. Maybe I will watch the rest of it this week.
Our Easter morning started out by Austin and I having to wake Brady up to get him ready for church. Some mornings he will sleep until 9:00, which I love by the way. However, Sundays are not the mornings to be sleeping in. So we were a little late to church. First, we headed to our Sunday School class because we were having an Easter parade with all the kiddos in their Easter outfits. The "parade" turned into Ms. Debbie blowing bubbles while all the Mommies tried taking pictures of the kids together. We're talking about 6 little ones between 1 and 2. Not easy! After the Easter parade we took Brady to nursery and Austin and I went to the service.
Bubbles!!!
They love Ms. Debbie!

Family picture after church.

Brady with his Pop and Nonna.

At church they had written He Is Risen in rocks out on the lawn. It was really cool!

Me and my precious little man.
After church we stopped by our house to change our clothes and to let Brady open his Easter basket. He is really loving presents lately so he was really impressed by his big Easter basket full of fun toys, books, movies, and a new swimsuit with matching flip flops. Don't worry, he's not spoiled at all!
Is this basket for me Daddy?

This stuff rocks!
Once we changed clothes we headed over to my grandparents house to have lunch with the whole family and to hunt eggs. My cousins girls were there and Brady loves to play with them.
Here is Brady with his cousin Chayse. She is so good with Brady and loves to play with him.

It seemed like Christmas morning over there because everyone had brought presents for each of the kids so there were presents and little toys everywhere. Brady got lots of fun stuff!

These two kids are ready to hunt some eggs. Chayse made sure to tell the little ones to be patient. It was really cute.

Brady and Daddy hunting eggs. Brady did great looking for the eggs and putting them in his basket. He was a lot slower than the other girls so he got a lot less eggs but that was okay since he can't have candy anyways.

Let's just say this egg hunt went on forever. We just let Brady look for eggs until he was finished so we were out there a while. He had so much fun though and thats all that matters.

As you can tell in this picture Brady did not want to pose. He just wanted to run around. He's like "let go of me Mommy."

Look at all my eggs.

He even got to ride on the tricycle while his great-grandmother (Mom) pushed him around.
